Three at one go!
The responsible nautical and technical inspectors were able to complete three ship inspections in a row in the port of Singapore. Within a few days, three 2,300 TEU container ships were subjected to the regular on-board inspections. The vessels are trading in a feeder service in Asia and all oft hem call at the port of Singapore. Using this circumstance, the inspection in Far East could take place at intervals of a few days. To protect against the corona virus, there are strict requirements that have been observed.
The inspectors got an impression of the condition of the entire ship, from the hull to the holds, the cranes and superstructures as well as all systems and engines, from the engine room to the bridge. The specified maintenance plans and maintenance work were checked and discussed with the crews.
The trio was put into service in 2021 and is under technical management of the Jüngerhans shipping company. The signing of the management contracts by Herm Jiingerhans was already in January 2020. The shipmanagement is part of the long-standing and trustful partnership between Jüngerhans and CIMC Group.
